Full Job Description
STV is seeking a dynamic MEP Project Manager-Healthcare to join our Owner's Project Management team in the Philadelphia. office.

Acting on behalf of the owner, key responsibilities will include overseeing the design, engineering and construction of multiple infrastructure related projects on fully occupied campuses. This will include shut downs, tie-ins and quality control while having extensive interaction with multiple stakeholders throughout the project delivery cycle. Other responsibilities include managing the overall project budget, schedule and quality of the work as well running weekly OAC meetings and follow up activities.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have extensive MEP related experience and familiarity with applicable building codes, central plant operations and construction means and methods.

Assisting, Supervising or mentoring team members and delivering timely feedback and recognition to others is preferred.

Excellent communication and problem solving skills to maintain strong client relationships and repeat business.

Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Experience:

Candidate will have an Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 10 year's experience on Hospital/Healthcare projects a must.

LEED AP, CPD, or PE certifications are preferred but not required.

Successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years' experience working on similar projects within the Healthcare environment.

Compensation Range:
$128,067.17 - $146,362.48
