Program Supervisor for our
THRIVE FSP Programis responsible for overseeing a team of multi-disciplinary behavioral health counselors and case managers providing high quality and timely field response to requests for support from community members using a strengths-based and harm reduction approach. Services include de-escalation, resourcing, problem-solving, family support and transportation to other community locations.
Details: The Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday Day Shift. Transporting clients in your personal vehicle is part of daily activities in this position.

- Support partners to thrive in the community and reduce incarceration through psychiatry, employment services, housing coordination, peer support, and more.
- Empower partners to have a 'voice and choice' in their care and treatment.
- Community-based housing, employment services, budgeting skills, and financial support.
We are helping community members who have multi-system justice involvement and need specialty mental health services.
THRIVE FSP- Provides intensive wraparound support, bringing in family, friends, community, and service team through the ACT Model
- Crisis intervention, mental health exploration, psychiatry services, case management, linkage and advocacy.
- Support partners in court and work with Sacramento County Behavioral Health Court.
- "Whatever it takes" approach to stabilize and empower our partners to achieve individualized goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Assures that services are provided in collaboration with all applicable funding streams and regulations. Responsible to ensure contract compliance with all funders including grant management, presentations, and reports.
- Supervises staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Responsible for the implementation of the service delivery model and in support of BACS mission, vision, and values.
- Responsible for the implementation of consumer-centered services that are needs-driven and strength-based, and culturally relevant.
- Manages flow of referrals, intakes, and discharges of participants and ensures accessibility and welcoming of all people as applicable.
- Manages the maintenance of records and other administrative requirements. Ensures compliance with documentation and charting requirements for all funding streams.
- Implements Continuous Quality Improvement standards and works with staff to implement systems for CQI.
- Communicates effectively and conscientiously utilizing strength-based language and philosophy throughout all aspects of program supervision.
- Participates in the delivery and attendance at training for the purposes of agency, professional, and personal development.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree Required in counseling, psychology, social work, or clinical related field.
- Four years of direct service experience required.
- Two years of progressive administrative and leadership skills and experience required.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead diverse and multi-disciplinary teams toward a common goal required.
- Position requires a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record, personal vehicle, and proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage. DMV printout required.
- Travel throughout Sacramento County is essential.
