Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision for developing counselors and therapists
- Support ethics, documentation, treatment planning, and case consultation
- Help supervisees build confidence and clinical skill
- Follow Michigan licensing and supervision requirements
- Maintain professional supervision records
Requirements- Active Michigan clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical)
- Must meet Michigan requirements to provide supervision
- Prior supervision experience preferred
