Full Job Description
We are looking for a Men's Buyer. The ideal candidate will lead buying and merchandising strategies across our retail stores and e-commerce, building location-specific assortments that hit volume targets.This role is responsible for executing seasonal buys, analyzing weekly selling data , and partner with Planning. We are looking for someone who is curious, obsessed with the story behind the numbers, and brings a sharp instinct for men's apparel.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead merchandising and buying strategies for Retail Stores and E-commerce, delivering consumer-focused location assortments and identifying key volume drivers for the men's business.
  • Partner closely with Merchandising and Planning to shape seasonal product initiatives and inform future product development needs across retail regions.
  • Analyze and present weekly selling recaps by product and store, surfacing in-season opportunities (chase, consolidations, rebalance) and insights that shape future-season buys.
  • Serve as a key player in the Buy Planning process, executing seasonal buys for specific Retail Stores and E-commerce that balance brand vision within our product strategy.
  • Communicate and partner with Merchants, Retail Stores, Visual Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to drive high sell-thru, and channel direct customer feedback from the field into smarter future buys.
