- Develop custom Unix OS distributions optimised for human-AI interaction.
- Rethink UX paradigms through the lens of organisational behaviour and human psychology.
- Own projects end-to-end - from architecture to deployment - with a strong bias toward compounding micro-optimisations.
What We're Looking ForRequired:- A genuine obsession with novel, technically difficult, or overlooked problems.
- Demonstrated ability to build large, complex, and maintainable systems in roughly one-third the time most competent engineers think is possible.

- Outlier intelligence and/or outstanding real-world experience (top academic background or equivalent signal welcome).
Nice to have:- Familiarity with graph databases, ontological modelling, and flexible data pipeline design.
- Comfort applying insights from psychology and organisational behaviour to product and UX decisions.
- Interest in mechanistic interpretability or AI model internals.
- Experience in distributed systems, AI infrastructure, or systems-level programming.
We welcome candidates from non-traditional backgrounds. What matters most is the quality of your thinking and what you've built.
