Performs technical, mainly pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment.

• Shift Requirements after onboarding/training for this role: M - F 8AM - 5PM
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Medical Imaging Field Engineer IV, you will be responsible for:
• You will be servicing MR equipment in the Sarasota, FL area.
• Customer Service Engineer Level based on prior experience.
• You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• You will be responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction.
• You will help manage financial performance within your territory through inventory management, time management, and timely service call closure.
• You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.

• You have knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• You have the ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
• You have experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• You have strong customer service and communication skills.
• You are proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
• General understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
• Minimum high school diploma. Technical degree, military training, or equivalent applicable training preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, torque wrenches, etc.).
• Ability to work individually and in a team setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• 7+ years' experience of complex electro-mechanical, or as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed.
• Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.
• Physical Requirements: Lifting 50lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone.
• Highly organized and able to plan.
This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver's license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).
The base pay range for this position is:
$78,380 - $107,778
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position.
