Commencement Bonus! Relocation Assistance!Job Description:Seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Director at Weeks Medical Center within our outpatient medicine rural health clinics. In this dual-role position, you will lead and oversee the clinical operations, ensuring high standards of care and efficiency, while also providing direct patient care. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on clinical practice, allowing you to shape the future of our outpatient services and make a tangible impact on patient outcomes.
Clinical:- Lead and mentor providers.
- Ensure quality of care and provider compliance.
- Coordinate medical staff education.
Administrative:- Participate in planning and management activities.
- Ensure compliance with policies, RHC regulations, and bylaws.
- Assist with staff recruitment and resolve grievances.
Quality:- Drive quality initiatives and outcome measures.
- Act as ACO medical champion and EMR superuser.
- Address social determinants of health and community wellness needs.

Essential Qualifications:- Graduate from an accredited Medical College with a Medical Degree
- Successful completion of a US residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board certified (or eligible) by WMC Medical Staff Bylaws.
- ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association required.
