We are seeking a Medical Director/Clinician for our Sutphin Boulevard Health Center located at 97-04 Sutphin Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11435
Reporting to the Chief of Primary Care, this position is responsible for assuming leadership in clinical affairs at a particular CHN Center; supervises other clinicians at that Center and teams with the Center Director to manage medical operations at the Center.
The ideal candidate will have a valid N.Y.S. License to deliver medical care and at least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting.
