Rate Range: Up to$92.5/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:- Product Management (5+ years)
- Product Roadmap development
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, user stories, UAT)
- Jira and Confluence
- Technical writing and documentation
- Publishing workflows or digital media supply chain
- Experience with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure)
- Data-driven decision making
Responsibilities:- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define business requirements and align on product vision and strategy
- Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and roadmaps
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog aligned with strategic objectives
- Conduct user journey mapping, process flows, and information architecture to inform development
- Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Lead solution discovery, slicing problems into minimum viable products, and validating solutions through experimentation and proof of concepts
- Create UAT scripts, training materials, system documentation, and user guides
- Coordinate major product releases and ensure quality through collaboration with QA and engineering
- Drive operational improvements and automation within publishing workflows
- Serve as the subject matter expert for system processes and product capabilities
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Proven experience in managing complex platform products or services
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment and pivot as business priorities shift
- Experience in leading workshops and engaging with stakeholders across departments
- Understanding of digital publishing processes and content supply chain
- Experience incorporating data science and analytics into product strategy
- Preferred experience in media & entertainment industry
