This role ensures technical accuracy, project efficiency, and alignment with client and organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Design, analyze, and improve mechanical systems, components, and processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, procurement, and quality)
- Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or scheduling issues
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders regarding project status and requirements
- Support testing, validation, and commissioning of mechanical systems
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Position RequirementsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2-5+ years of relevant engineering or project experience (varies by level)
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and systems
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
