Duties & Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other departments to define project scope, priorities, and timelines
- Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional growth of team members
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and practices
- Help recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent
- Serve as a technical advisor to the team, offering solutions to complex challenges when needed
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
Position RequirementsSkills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication abilities
