- Promote standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and support the development of early-career engineers.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in power transformer design engineering.
- Proven ability to lead complex engineering design projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally in collaborative environments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and applying innovative engineering approaches.
