Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo implementation and configuration (Maximo 7.x, MAS 8,9)
• Experience with data migration and integrations of Maximo across enterprise systems
• Knowledge of Maximo architecture including Oracle, SQL, and DB2
• Understanding of automation scripts and Java customization for Maximo
• Familiarity with IoT integrations, message queuing, and REST APIs
• Proven expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of EAM initiatives while providing technical support
• Manage project plans involving multiple teams and workstreams
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
• Develop strategies for risk mitigation to avoid schedule and cost issues
• Track and update Enterprise Project Management schedules
• Align project deliverables with stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with users, tech teams, and vendors to ensure project success
