Full Job Description
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff through effective onboarding, training, coaching, and growth opportunities, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team cross-trained across multiple functional areas
  • Oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, and materials management operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service continuity
  • Maintain the accuracy of the perpetual inventory system through cycle counts, physical inventory events, and consistent process oversight
  • Promote a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing organizational standards, supporting safe work practices, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations
  • Manage departmental expenses by identifying cost-saving opportunities, supporting budget planning, monitoring spending and variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Drive achievement of departmental objectives by organizing workflows, monitoring operational performance, and improving process effectiveness
  • Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and deadlines that align with organizational priorities and support overall business objectives


What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, Supply Chain Management, or other related discipline, plus a minimum of 3 years related management/supervisory experience
  • Experience with Tracking Budget Expenses, Supervision, Quality Management, Safety Management, Delegation, Performance Management, Organization, Foster Teamwork, Self-Development, Giving Feedback
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Adaptability for learning multiple software programs relative to Trinity (TAS, RX, Qlik, TrinONE, and more)
