To Help us drive excellence, you'll get to:
  • Lead all materials and logistics operations, including planning, scheduling, inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive inventory accuracy and material flow while reducing waste and improving efficiency.
  • Partner with operations, production, quality, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.
  • Analyze data, solve problems, and implement innovative solutions that improve plant performance.
  • Champion Lean manufacturing principles and foster a culture of operational excellence.

This full-time role is a part of our Bluffton Ohio Leadership team and reports to the Plant Manager.

What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in materials management or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, ERP/MRP systems, and customer logistics.
  • A collaborative leader who can motivate teams, communicate effectively, and make sound business decisions.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to lead change and deliver results.
  • Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.
