Master Scheduler

What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will develop, maintain and adjust daily, weekly and monthly production schedules based on customer demand, capacity and material availability
  • Coordinate withproduction, procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smoothworkflow and timely job completion
  • You will have accountability for monitoring Work-In-Process (WIP) and adjusting schedules to address bottlenecks, equipmentdowntime, or labor constraints
  • Partner with production teams to ensure materials, tooling, and resources are available, prioritize jobs based on business priorities, and communicate schedule changes to appropriate stakeholders to meet production schedules and customer demand
  • Track production performance metrics (on time delivery, schedule adherence, capacity utilization)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherescheduling efficiency and reduce lead time when possible
  • You will be responsible for updating production systems and providing reporting metrics to production teams


What makes you great

  • You possess 3-5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an operations/manufacturing environment,
  • You have a minimum of an associate's degree preferably bachelor's degree in manufacturing focused area
  • You have a strong understandingof manufacturing processes, routing, and capacity planning
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to effectively communicate and up, down and across the organization
  • Must be proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel &PowerPoint, ERP / MRP systems experience required
  • Preferable skills include experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma and knowledge ofinventory management and demand planning
