Full Job Description
Job Summary
The Master Scheduler will coordinate schedules and inventories to ensure efficient and effective operations across the facility. This role ensures that production plans are realistic, aligned with business needs, and executed smoothly. Acting as a key liaison between sales, logistics, manufacturing, and operations, the Master Scheduler plays an essential role in maintaining flow, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
  • Work with management to ensure that production schedules are fully executable-accurately integrating costs, tooling, programming, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate across departments to create schedules that optimize resources and meet customer demands.
  • Compare current and future orders against inventory; anticipate material needs and initiate replenishment.
  • Integrate sales orders and forecasts into the master schedule.
  • Maintain and revise the master distribution schedule; communicate changes proactively to key stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in forecasting and planning meetings with sales, marketing, production, shipping, purchasing, and customer service.
  • Identify, reconcile, and resolve production schedule discrepancies daily.
  • Adjust schedule in real time to address unexpected issues or constraints.
  • Ensure all production personnel have clear, accurate direction to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain reporting systems and documentation with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage MRP and scheduling parameters in Epicor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What You Bring to the Table

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per hour
