Responsibilities

  • Convert supply plans into an executable master production schedule.
  • Translate forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into organized production plans.
  • Establish key performance indicators for master plan accuracy.
  • Interact with functional managers and provide timely feedback on forecasts.
  • Assemble master schedule reports that track performance against various plans.
  • Identify demand levels and create tactical production plans accordingly.
  • Schedule supply based on product mix and communicate commitment dates to customer service.

This position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Planning & fulfillment team in Mebane NC, with the ELSP - Electrification Division.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
  • Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
  • Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.
  • Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

Qualifications for the role
