This position reports to:Planning & Fulfillment Specialist
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.
The work model for the role is #LI-onsite.
This role is contributing to the ELSP Electrification in Mebane.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring the interaction with a firm's functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
- Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
- Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.
- Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

Qualifications for the role - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or Associate Degree with 2 years experience in Supply Chain.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience of 2 years of experience in Scheduling, Materials, Warehousing.
- Ability to demonstrate Knowledge of ERP system
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Office.
- You are at ease communicating in English.
- Candidates must already have work authorization to work in the US.
