Roles and Responsibilities
• The MarTech Product Lead serves as the accountable for leading Tech Product Management for all marketing transformation projects for one or more systems, leading a cross-functional agile team to deliver value to internal and external customers of the Firm.
• Be have good understanding of product management for Adobe products including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target and other marketing products
• Need to have deeper understanding of marketing value chain for corporate and agents marketing
• Responsible for tech solutioning for all transformation projects by working with Solution Architects
• Responsible for drive workshops with business and technology
• Partner with product management (on the product team), technology teams and technology partners and key business partners to establish and nurture the product development lifecycle
• Work with all stakeholders to define high level requirements
• Responsible for managing a lean agile team to execute against a product backlog that builds high quality software solutions.
• Responsible for ensuring that the management and prioritizing the agile backlog is executed effectively on all product teams
• Reporting to the Product Manager, this individual aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of their product roadmap and backlog, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future.
• This work includes management of system plans and supporting artifacts encompassing resource needs, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria as necessary to deliver on the promised business value.
• Success in this role requires depth and breadth of subject matter experts inside and outside of the assigned digital product, as well as a foundational understanding of Product Management and Agile software development theory, and the ability to expand these capabilities within the organization
• Responsible for indirect influence and task assignment authority for architecture, engineering, user experience, and quality assurance resources including mentoring and developing all team members to fulfill the product vision. Opportunities exist for the direct leadership of junior product owners and business analysts
Skills & Experience
• MBA or equivalent from a reputed school
• 10+ years of Digital project experience with 4 to 5+ years of experience in product owner related roles
• Functional knowledge of Digital Marketing tools - Adobe, Salesforce Marketing
• Good understanding of Generative AI solutions and impact of marketing function
• Proven experience leading digital strategy and digital roadmap projects in a complex business and marketing environment, including guiding C-level leadership to consensus
• Skills and abilities developed during 2 to 5 years' work experience in above mentioned areas (not necessary all of them, wider span would be appreciated)
• Client facing abilities - presenting and selling to clients will be part of your agenda
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions
• Ability to work in a team and an aptitude for problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal skills and can work with different stakeholders

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
