Full Job Description
Overview

The Emerging Businesses Marketing Manager own the growth strategy for our emerging products portfolio - the smaller, high-potential offerings that represent our next wave of scale. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll identify which segments and use cases have the greatest upside, build the go-to-market plans to accelerate them, and translate product value into messaging that resonates with the people actually buying and using these products.

An important part of this role is building a genuine B2C experience. Many of our emerging products have historically been marketed and sold with a B2B mindset, but the growth opportunity increasingly depends on speaking directly to individual consumers - their needs, their buying behavior, and the channels where they spend their time. You'll be responsible for shaping that consumer-first perspective and embedding it across the marketing mix.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance brand presence and drive consumer acquisition and loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and behaviors, translating insights into effective marketing tactics.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media, ensuring maximum ROI and impact.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content tailored to target audiences, strengthening brand messaging and consumer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and reporting results to senior management.
  • Oversee marketing budget allocation, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize consumer reach and engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to innovate and improve marketing strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to enhance campaign execution and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree - Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • 10+ years of experience in Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • 10+ years of experience in Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
