Senior Marketing Manager, Enterprise Sectors
The Enterprise Senior Marketing Manager serves as the primary marketing interface between CBRE's Enterprise marketing team and its sector business lines. This role is responsible for translating global marketing strategies into sector-relevant execution, acting as a strategic marketing partner to sector business lines. The role combines strategic judgment with strong execution capability, operating at the intersection of client engagement, sales support, and campaign deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Sector Marketing Support & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the dedicated marketing partner for sector business groups, ensuring sector teams have access to high-quality marketing support that is grounded in enterprise strategy and calibrated to sector priorities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with sector presidents and sector sales and account teams, functioning as a credible partner who understands their priorities
Apply judgment in scoping sector marketing activity, ensuring effort is concentrated on programs with the clearest impact and tightest alignment to global activities
Represent sector perspectives and client needs in enterprise marketing planning, ensuring global programs reflect the nuances of how CBRE goes to market across industries
Sector Activation & Program Customization
Adapt and deploy global enterprise marketing programs for sector audiences, including audience customization, messaging refinement, and channel optimization across paid, organic, and web
Develop sector-specific extensions of enterprise campaigns, including capabilities decks, client presentations, and promotional assets, without creating standalone sector strategies that operate outside global priorities
Manage sector-level web presence in coordination with the broader digital team, ensuring pages are current, on-message, and optimized for engagement
Support the activation of thought leadership and content programs within sector contexts, connecting global narratives to sector-specific proof points and client outcomes
Client Events & Engagement Programs
Plan and execute sector-facing client events, roundtables, and engagement programs in alignment with enterprise marketing objectives
Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor coordination, stakeholder communications, pre- and post-event content, and performance tracking
Partner with sales and account teams to design targeted cultivation programs that support pipeline development within priority sectors
Ensure event and engagement activity is connected to broader demand generation programs and contributes to measurable pipeline influence
Sales Enablement
Develop and maintain sector-relevant sales enablement materials including capabilities presentations, solution narratives, and pursuit support assets
Ensure enablement content is built on approved enterprise messaging frameworks and reflects current positioning, proof points, and competitive differentiation
Partner with product marketing and campaign teams to adapt and customize core enablement suites for sector use cases
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of
experience and education will be considered.
• The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the
business.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the [Marketing Sr Consultant] position is $120,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the [Marketing Sr Consultant] position is $140,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
