About the role
The Manager, Marketing Analytics is a key analytical voice on CBRE's Global Digital Marketing Analytics team, responsible for turning marketing data into insight that leadership can act on. As CBRE invests in a stronger global digital ecosystem, this role helps ensure marketing performance is measured clearly, interpreted consistently, and connected to the business outcomes that matter most.
This role serves as a partner marketing leaders turn to for a reliable read on campaign performance, channel mix, and marketing's contribution to the business. Working within the departmental analytics strategy and standards, it helps maintain the measurement frameworks the global marketing organization depends on, keeping analytics consistent and trustworthy across regions and lines of business.
This role is for someone who wants to make analytics work smarter by applying AI thoughtfully to improve speed, quality, and scalability. It suits someone who is comfortable presenting to leadership, interrogating the data behind the numbers, and exercising sound judgment to turn analysis into clear recommendations and decisions.
CBRE's marketing organization operates across more than 100 countries, where decisions depend on data that is trustworthy, consistent, and clearly understood. This role is the bridge between the analytics the team produces and the decisions leadership makes, ensuring the implications of the data are credible and connected to marketing's impact on the business.
