JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Marketing Specialist to join our established, high-performing agile squad within the Diagnostic Services (DXS) Marketing team. The DXS team specifically supports Healthcare Analytics Solutions, Workforce Health Solutions (WHS), ExamOne, and BioPharma Services. In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as a versatile marketer across diverse marketing initiatives, driving seamless execution and operational excellence across a wide range of DXS initiatives and a diverse portfolio healthcare solutions. You will be instrumental in developing campaign assets and supporting initiatives. 

 

In addition to enterprise Diagnostic Services support, this role provides dedicated marketing support for WHS, partnering with Customer Experience and Client Services to develop employer-focused communications, participation campaigns, educational content, and client engagement materials.

 

This is a hybrid position based in our Secaucus, NJ location (3 days per week in-office). Open to remote candidates based on experience.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tactical Execution: Work collaboratively with marketing teams to complete tactics associated with growth campaigns and priority initiatives, this includes sales collateral, product sheets, presentations, digital assets, campaign materials, educational resources, internal communications, event materials, and customer-facing collateral.

 

Workforce Health Solutions Support: Partner with Customer Experience and Client Services on employer communications. Develop wellness participation campaigns and educational materials. Create A La Carte client communications and engagement content. Support implementation and ongoing client marketing initiatives.

 

Cross-Functional Agility: Operate as a highly adaptable marketer. Flex across multiple Marketing initiatives as business priorities shift, rather than aligning to a single segment, customer, or business area.

 

Review and Project Management: Ensure all materials are accurate, compliant, and on brand, with the appropriate reviews until final. 

 

Sales Enablement: Build and maintain essential sales enablement tools. Act as the primary manager of resources within QForce and other related systems to empower the sales organization.

 

Asset Management & Production: Maintain and organize marketing assets across various internal platforms. Coordinate seamlessly with DXS marketing leads to ensure timely and accurate production of all materials.

 

Digital & Social Media Execution: Develop, write, and deploy social media content and other digital components to support and amplify overarching marketing campaigns. This could include podcasts, purchased media, and webinars. 

 

 Project management: Manages the flow of marketing projects, including continuous tracking, transparent status reporting, facilitating iterative feedback and refinements with third-party agencies or marketing lead, and ensuring timely asset delivery and system integration. 

 

Build relationships: Partner with internal (business partners, peers) and external stakeholders (key industry players, agencies and vendors). 


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

 

Experience: Prefer 1–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or a B2B environment.

 

Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management systems (e.g. Workfront) and sales enablement platforms (knowledge of Seismic and Salesforce is preferred but not required). Aptitude to learn various digital marketing and analytics tools such as Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), LinkedIn, Sprout, UTM’s, Mixpanel and PowerBI. Highly proficient with various software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

 

Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams. 

 

Agility: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.

 

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail in collateral and digital content creation.

 

Measurement and Performance: Collaborate across business units to translate data into actionable insights and clear business impact

 

Success in this Role: Serve as the trusted execution partner across Diagnostic Services marketing team members.         Deliver high-quality marketing assets on time. Improve marketing operations while supporting exceptional customer and client experiences.

 

 

Pay Range: ~$80,000 - $95,000/year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
