Overview

As part of the Quebec Sales Enablement team, the Marketing Senior Advisor, Industries will drive marketing programs for our Foundational/Priority Industries portfolios by working with leadership to develop locally driven strategic and tactical integrated marketing programs aimed at business and relationship development and leads generation.

This role offers meaningful exposure to industry priorities, partner objectives, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

What you will do

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Industry Marketing and Strategic Accounts, and working closely with the Quebec Communication and Events team and business stakeholders, you will:

Industry & Campaign Marketing
  • Effectively develop, manage and execute annual marketing plans aligned to national plans and local business objectives, and internal communicationS
  • Help deliver integrated marketing campaigns that maintain a leading point of view and strengthen KPMG's presence in the marketplace
  • Partner with industry leaders and account teams to support fiscal-year business priorities

Content, Communications & Digital
  • Develop, write, and coordinate internal and external communications supporting campaigns, events, and industry initiatives
  • Develop and execute in-market activities including events, sponsorships, blogs, webcasts and podcasts
  • Support digital and email campaigns, including list management, coordination through CRM and marketing platforms, and post-campaign reporting

Events & Associations
  • Support virtual and in-person industry events, including critical path development, invitations, registration management, logistics, and follow-up reporting
  • Develop, maintain and leverage relationships with key industry organizations, strengthen the clout of our brand and positioning through strategic sponsorships and partnerships

Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives (lead generation) , using insights to inform future activities
  • Participate in initiatives that enhance collaboration, share best practices, and improve marketing efficiency across industries and regions

What you bring to the role

  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a national or global organization
  • Diploma or undergraduate degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and events
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., list management, campaign coordination, reporting)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing actively as part of a team
  • Confident interacting with senior stakeholders and providing informed recommendations
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously learn and improve
