About the role:

This person will play a critical role in keeping cross-functional teams aligned, projects moving, and launches organized - helping coordinate timelines, deliverables, communication, and workflows across a fast-growing marketing organization.

Responsibilities:
Own Cross-Functional Marketing Execution
  • Lead project management across the marketing initiatives roadmap, campaigns, launches, and operational workflows
  • Drive timelines, dependencies, deliverables, approvals, and communication across multiple teams simultaneously
  • Keep projects moving proactively by identifying blockers, gaps, risks, and unclear ownership early
  • Ensure teams stay aligned on priorities, deadlines, and next steps
  • Help create visibility, documentation and accountability across the department
Build Operational Infrastructure
  • Develop and improve marketing processes, systems, documentation, and workflows
  • Create scalable operating procedures that improve visibility, accountability, and execution speed
  • Help standardize how information is shared across the department
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter ways of working across teams and tools
Drive Communication & Alignment
  • Act as a central communication liaison across the marketing department
  • Help ensure leadership, stakeholders, and sub-departments stay informed and aligned
  • Organize and communicate department updates, launch statuses, priorities, and timelines
  • Improve cross-functional coordination between marketing and other departments
  • Ensure important information doesn't fall through the cracks
Support Product Launches & Go-To-Market Coordination
  • Partner closely on new product introductions and launch planning
  • Own marketing-related launch timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and coordination
  • Ensure creative, lifecycle, ecommerce, paid media, affiliate, content, and operational teams stay aligned throughout launch execution
  • Help ensure launches are organized, communicated clearly, and executed on time
Improve Systems & Workflow Automation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline work through automations, templates, integrations, and operational improvements
  • Help implement smarter systems for project tracking, communication, reporting, and workflow management
  • Serve as a power user and operational enthusiast across platforms like Slack, ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, and other workflow tools
  • Identify areas of opportunity to leverage ai within workflows to drive efficiency
  • Continuously look for ways to improve team efficiency, organization, visibility, and collaboration
  • Help establish scalable workflows that support a fast-growing marketing organization
Support Data Visibility & Decision Making
  • Help organize, surface, and communicate key marketing data and insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with teams to improve reporting visibility and operational clarity
  • Assist in building systems that help teams make faster, more informed decisions
  • Help ensure teams have access to the information and reporting needed to execute effectively


Requirements:
  • 4-7+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, integrated marketing, or similar operational roles
  • Experience managing cross-functional marketing initiatives and timelines
  • Strong familiarity with marketing workflows across creative, paid media, lifecycle, content, web, affiliate, and product launches
  • Strong experience with project management and communication platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, Notion, and Slack
  • Comfortable building workflows, automations, systems, templates, and operational processes
  • Comfortable working with marketing performance data and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Startup, high-growth, DTC, consumer, wellness, or healthcare experience preferred

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building operational systems from the ground up
  • Experience supporting launch operations in fast-paced consumer brands
  • Familiarity with Shopify, lifecycle marketing, paid media operations, or subscription businesses
  • Experience working in highly collaborative, fast-moving startup environments
