Job Description

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of marketing campaigns and asset production across channels. This role partners with Marketing channel leads, creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are clearly scoped, properly sequenced, and delivered on time and within agreed parameters.
The Marketing Project Manager drives day-to-day coordination, monitors timelines and dependencies, manages project-level financial tracking, and proactively identifies risks to ensure successful campaign execution.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned marketing campaigns and production projects from intake through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, deliverables, and financial parameters are clearly defined and tracked. 30%
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify objectives, gather requirements, confirm launch readiness criteria, and align on budget expectations where applicable. 10%
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans within the designated project management system, including task sequencing, deadline management, and resource coordination. 15%
  • Track project-level spending and monitor variance to budget, identifying discrepancies and escalating concerns to Marketing Operations leadership as appropriate. 5%
  • Monitor progress against timelines, identify risks or bottlenecks, and escalate concerns to Marketing Operations leadership when scope, timing, or budget are at risk. 10%
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment across Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, Legal, and other partners. 10%
  • Ensure all required approvals, assets, and materials are secured prior to launch. 5%
  • Maintain accurate project data within the project management system to support reporting and operational visibility. 5%
  • Support post-project reviews and identify opportunities to improve execution clarity and efficiency. 5%

The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000 - $139,500 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

  • Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree

Years of Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or campaign execution roles. Experience managing cross-functional projects in a deadline-driven environment required.

Skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience tracking project budgets and monitoring spend against defined financial parameters.
  • Experience working within project management systems (e.g., Workfront or similar tools).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to identify risks and proactively drive resolution.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Preferred: Experience in retail or multi-channel marketing environments.
