Jordan's is looking for a Marketing Programs Operations Manager to bring structure, momentum, and visibility to marketing initiatives across the organization. As the operational leader connecting Brand Marketing, Creative, Media, Ecommerce, Public Relations, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and external agency partners, you'll turn business strategies into clear project plans and keep complex work moving from intake through launch. This position is located out of our Dedham MA location, working Monday - Friday a hybrid schedule with 2 days in office and 3 days remote.

What You'll Do- Partner with Marketing Leadership to translate business strategies into actionable project plans, integrated marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, and execution timelines.
- Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives from intake through launch and post-campaign review, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as the day-to-day project lead by clearing blockers, driving decisions, managing dependencies and risks, and holding teams accountable to commitments and deadlines.
- Own the end-to-end creative workflow, coordinating the development and delivery of advertising, digital, social, email, print, video, photography, in-store signage, events, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Media leaders to prioritize work, allocate resources, balance workloads, and optimize production schedules.
- Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews, approvals, and leadership checkpoints to maintain alignment and adherence to established processes.
- Manage the intake, prioritization, scheduling, and tracking of all marketing and creative initiatives using Asana, or an equivalent project management platform, as the department's system of record.
- Monitor project health, resource capacity, budgets, and campaign readiness through dashboards, reporting, and regular stakeholder communication.
- Establish and continuously improve project management standards, workflows, templates, documentation, and best practices.
- Lead post-campaign retrospectives, capture lessons learned, and implement improvements that reduce bottlenecks and enhance team performance.
- Prepare executive presentations, planning materials, status reports, and operational updates for senior leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are- You have 5-8 years of experience managing marketing and creative projects in an in-house marketing department or agency.
- You have proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- You bring strong negotiation, project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- You have experience managing creative workflows, production schedules, and campaign execution.
- You are highly proficient with Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, or a similar project management platform.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in writing, conversation, presentations, and executive updates.
- You are passionate about building practical processes that help teams perform at their best.
- You can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.
- You bring strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- You have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel marketing is preferred.
- Experience working with creative agencies and production vendors is preferred.
- A PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification is a plus.
EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
Pay Range$90,000 to $112,000 per year. We share our pay range because transparency matters. The final range will reflect what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
