*Additional Job Info*The Marketing Operations Manager serves as a primary administrator and power user for marketing technology platforms, including email marketing and marketing automation tools, sales enablement platforms, CRM, and related integrations. This role is responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing workflows, templates, user access, and data structures to ensure reliable execution and a consistent user experience. The position oversees sales enablement platforms to keep content organized, current, and easily accessible, supporting content tagging, versioning, and usage tracking to drive adoption and effectiveness. The role also tracks and reports on marketing program performance across channels, analyzing engagement metrics to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and actionable insights that improve outcomes. In close partnership with the marketing automation manager and cross-functional sales, marketing, and enablement teams, the Marketing Operations Manager strengthens alignment and feedback loops to continuously enhance marketing performance.The ideal candidate is a
systems-oriented marketer who thrives in platforms like Seismic and Salesforce, enjoys building and optimizing workflows, and can partner cross-functionally in a complex, regulated environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

- Thorough knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp's products and services
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
- Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
- Agility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to delegate and successfully manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages

- MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
