Full Job Description
The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting our Marketing team by owning and optimizing our marketing tech stack, driving campaign execution, and delivering actionable insights across the funnel. This role sits at the center of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps - partnering closely with the Head of Marketing, CRO, and RevOps to power an efficient, data-driven GTM engine.

If you enjoy living inside tools, building systems that scale, and turning data into decisions, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the marketing tech stack - primarily HubSpot and Outreach
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for key marketing metrics (MQOs, conversion rates, campaign performance, funnel metrics)
  • Manage campaign infrastructure, workflows, automation, and CMS within HubSpot
  • Build, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns in partnership with the Marketing and Business Development teams
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion and pipeline impact
  • Support target account list development and define target addressable markets
  • Ensure systems are fully integrated, scalable, and operating as a "well-oiled machine"
  • Help align marketing efforts with revenue goals and sales priorities

What We're Looking For
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth, or a similar role
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and Outreach
  • Proven track record of running and optimizing marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable owning metrics, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales/BDR, and RevOps teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (startup or high-growth experience is a plus, especially Series B or similar stage)
  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude - you enjoy taking initiative and wearing multiple hats
A Note about us:

Most of our full-time roles are based onsite at our New York City office, where our team thrives on in-person collaboration and dynamic teamwork. Being onsite daily enables us to build strong connections, move quickly, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

For select roles, we are also open to candidates based in Boston. If a role is open to Boston, it will be listed explicitly in the job location.

We encourage applicants who are located in or open to relocating to the listed location to apply and join us in this hands-on, collaborative environment
Some perks of working for Arch include:
  • Strong Team - You'll be backed by a strong team that consistently exceeds client expectations and ships new products quickly.
  • Your work is high impact - Being part of a small team means you have real responsibility and impact from day one. You'll be involved in discussions that drive the growth and direction of our platform from the very beginning.
  • Product Market Fit - We have strong product market fit, exceptionally low churn, and have grown mostly organically through word of mouth.
  • Team community and camaraderie - We have enormous trust in each other and always do what we can do to support one another. We're always ready to step in to help.
  • Great office: Our new home at 199 Water Street gives us a beautiful, energizing space to come together as a team, collaborate more easily, and keep building the next chapter of Arch.
  • Lunch is on Us - We'll keep the team fueled with lunch in the office, whether you're catching up with teammates, talking through an idea, or just taking a well-earned break.
