Job Role: Martech Lead Location: NYC, NY Duration: FulltimeMarketing Technology Strategy- Develop and maintain the enterprise marketing technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with firmwide business objectives.
- Evaluate current-state marketing capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend future-state operating models.
- Lead strategic assessments of marketing platforms, customer engagement tools, data solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Create business cases supporting investments in marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), AI-driven marketing capabilities, and analytics solutions.
- Advise senior leadership on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and evolving martech innovations.
Martech Ecosystem Optimization- Drive optimization and integration of core marketing platforms, including:
- CRM systems
- Marketing automation platforms
- Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Analytics and reporting solutions
- Personalization engines
- Digital experience platforms
- Establish technology governance frameworks to ensure scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Rationalize vendor landscape and identify opportunities for consolidation, modernization, and cost optimization.
- Lead platform selection, RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and implementation strategies.
Data & Customer Experience Strategy- Partner with Data, Analytics, and Technology teams to develop customer-centric marketing capabilities.
- Define audience management, segmentation, and personalization strategies across channels.
- Support development of a unified customer view and data activation framework.
- Ensure marketing technology investments support first-party data strategies and privacy regulations.
- Design frameworks for customer journey orchestration and lifecycle marketing.
Digital Transformation & Innovation- Lead large-scale marketing transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Assess emerging technologies including:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Generative AI
- Predictive Analytics
- Marketing Automation
- Customer Journey Orchestration
- Real-Time Personalization
- Develop pilot programs and innovation frameworks to evaluate new capabilities.
- Create adoption strategies that drive organizational change and business value realization.
Stakeholder Management & Consulting- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior marketing executives and business leaders.
- Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technology and operational initiatives.
- Build consensus across marketing, technology, legal, compliance, risk, and procurement teams.
- Present recommendations, roadmaps, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
Measurement & Performance Optimization- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for marketing technology investments.
- Define methodologies for tracking:
- Marketing ROI
- Customer acquisition efficiency
- Engagement performance
- Conversion optimization
- Operational productivity
- Leverage analytics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and strategic insights.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $106230 - $145000
