Full Job Description
Responsible for the end-to-end planning, buying, execution, and optimization of integrated media campaigns across traditional and convergent channels, including but not limited to traditional channels such as National TV & Cable, CTV/OTT, Network Radio, and Print/Magazine. This role ensures media strategies are aligned to business objectives and effectively engage consumers across the full path to purchase across multiple brands in the Consumer Brands Group (CBG).

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.

Position is not remote/hybrid and will work from our Cleveland Global HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive media plans across all traditional and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, campaign KPIs, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Media team to ensure fully integrated, omnichannel media strategies that maximize reach, frequency, and consumer engagement.
  • Partner with Brand teams to translate business goals into actionable media strategies and ensure campaigns deliver against defined performance metrics and targets.
  • Negotiate and secure added-value opportunities, bonus integrations, and custom programming with media partners to enhance brand visibility, strengthen consumer awareness, and maximize media investment.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Promotions, and Agency partners to ensure seamless execution of integrations, sponsorships, and brand talent collaborations.
  • Oversee the development, trafficking, and execution of all media plans, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and flawless delivery across all placements and markets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, vendors, and partners to ensure optimal scheduling, pricing, and performance outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign delivery across all media buys, including ADUs, and proactively manage optimizations to ensure plans are executed against agreed-upon goals and KPIs.
  • Own comprehensive reporting and analysis of media performance, including quarterly post-buy evaluations, deliverables tracking, and insights presentations to senior leadership.
  • Develop and refine reporting frameworks and measurement approaches that clearly communicate media effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact.
  • Present media strategies, campaign recommendations, and performance results to internal stakeholders and senior leadership, delivering clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other Media Managers to identify opportunities to leverage collective media investments, maximize scale, and secure more efficient pricing across the organization.
  • Define and continuously improve operational processes for trafficking, creative optimization, and agency/vendor management to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for media planning and buying, providing strategic guidance, thought leadership, and performance storytelling through both written reports and verbal presentations.
