Full Job Description
Leads the marketing function for their designated clinical portfolio/service line within Temple Health to meet the division's mission and business objectives and provides marketing strategy and consultation to senior leadership. As a member of the Temple Health marketing team, the Marketing Manager converts the organization's strategic vision and priorities into comprehensive marketing programs that influence key clinical, academic and research constituents. This position leverages the expertise and capabilities of the entire Temple Health Marketing team for the benefit of the organization.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree Preferred
Experience
5 years experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, leveraging audience insights, data, and multi-channel planning (Required)
5 years experience in marketing, preferably within a healthcare organization or corporate marketing department (Required)
