Full Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, versatile and dynamic Marketing Manager to join the NiCE Actimize Field Marketing team. This role involves overseeing a variety of marketing activities, from idea conception to execution. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set in marketing, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for creative problem-solving.

In this high-visibility role, you will collaborate with a fast-paced global marketing team to execute impactful campaigns, manage events, and support strategic programs that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and third-party platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams, including sales, product marketing, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive, results-driven project execution.
  • Provide comprehensive event support, including coordinating virtual and in-person events, handling speaker logistics, creating event collateral, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Track and analyze campaign and event performance using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms, providing actionable insights to improve strategies and ROI.
  • Create and manage high-impact marketing content, such as emails, whitepapers, brochures, and social media materials, to elevate brand messaging and drive demand.
  • Coordinate webinars and virtual events using platforms like Notified, ensuring engaging and professional attendee experiences.
  • Manage external agencies and partners, crafting clear briefs and ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance campaigns and events, ensuring NiCE Actimize remains a leader in the market.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with proven success in managing events and supporting global or regional teams.
  • Expertise in marketing platforms and tools, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
  • Understanding of event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor management, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of thriving in team-oriented, collaborative environments.
  • A self-motivated problem solver with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing virtual and in-person events, including sales kickoffs, tradeshows, and customer-facing events.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms, such as Notified, and virtual event execution.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and oversee the execution of marketing and event-related projects.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Sprout Social) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
