Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing and communications strategy and execution for product verticals, partnering closely with Product and Sales to translate business priorities into clear messaging, campaign direction, and integrated marketing programs.

In this role, you will lead and direct a team of marketing professionals responsible for developing messaging, campaign briefs, content strategy and driving execution across marketing channels. You are accountable for ensuring alignment, quality, and consistency across their work. This role is responsible for driving the development and delivery of integrated marketing communications initiatives, including campaign plans, content and promotional direction, and sales enablement tools that support business growth. You will partner with Creative, Digital, Events, and teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality execution across all channels.

You will operate as a player-coach, directly supporting key business areas while leading and developing your team. This role requires the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to business priorities
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and business unit leaders to develop messaging, creative briefs, and campaign plans that align to business priorities and support sales objectives
  • Lead development and execution of integrated marketing communications initiatives for product launches, business development opportunities, brand support, and sales messaging
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, prioritization, and oversight across messaging, campaign plans, and execution
  • Guide development of content, thought leadership, and marketing materials, ensuring outputs align to defined messaging and support business needs
  • Manage campaign and media calendars for assigned business areas, ensuring campaigns are planned, coordinated, and executed effectively
  • Partner with Digital and other marketing teams to manage editorial calendars, workflows, and campaign execution across website, social, and related channels
  • Ensure alignment across campaigns and deliverables, maintaining consistency in messaging and execution across assigned programs
  • Work with Digital team to track campaign performance and support reporting on KPIs and marketing activity results
  • Collaborate across marketing and cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing programs and support ongoing process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
  • 6+ years in marketing communications with some leadership responsibility
  • B2B marketing experience required
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support business priorities and sales objectives
  • Ability to partner with Product, Sales, and cross-functional teams to develop messaging, campaign plans, and marketing initiatives
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, analytics, and content development workflows
  • Product-marketing experience a plus (in established product lines and/or emerging business solutions)
  • Food retailing experience a plus
  • Ability to travel ~10% of the time

In addition to the qualifications listed above, candidates considered for the Senior Marketing Communications Manager position must have:
  • 10+ years of marketing communications experience.
  • Experience with SaaS or e-commerce marketing
