Job Summary:
The General Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth across affiliate, aggregator, and channel marketing programs through strategic leadership, partner management, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role blends performance marketing, partner enablement, and multi‑channel campaign execution to accelerate acquisition, strengthen brand presence, and support revenue goals. You will own key marketing initiatives end‑to‑end — from strategy and planning to optimization, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Partner Management
- Cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with affiliate, aggregator, and strategic channel partners.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable high‑potential partners including influencers, comparison sites, associations, and industry organizations.
- Collaborate with partners’ marketing teams to develop and execute co‑branded campaigns that drive mutual growth.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance across affiliates, aggregators, and channel campaigns.
- Conduct funnel diagnostics to identify gaps, quantify impact, and recommend actionable optimizations.
- Test new partners, incentives, and marketing tactics to efficiently scale growth.
- Translate revenue goals into measurable marketing KPIs and performance scorecards.
Campaign Development & Multi‑Channel Execution
- Build and launch targeted marketing programs across digital advertising, social media, email, SEO, and web content.
- Coordinate co‑branded content, training materials, and partner enablement assets.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently upheld across all partner and channel touchpoints.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
- Manage timely delivery of creative assets, messaging, and campaign materials across teams.
- Present campaign plans, insights, and performance results to leadership.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Compliance
- Support budget management including forecasting, spend tracking, and monthly billing processes.
- Oversee invoice tracking, reconciliation, and partner payment workflows.
- Ensure all affiliate and channel activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Leadership & Project Ownership
- Lead cross‑functional projects, delegating tasks and reviewing work as needed.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members.
- Serve as a visible, strategic contributor within the broader marketing organization.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in digital, affiliate, aggregator, or channel marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, partner ecosystems, and multi‑channel campaign execution.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, CRM/CMS platforms) and advanced Excel skills.
