  • Support media and investment planning by helping shape how budgets are allocated, where to test, and how to scale what works.
  • Define measurement plans in partnership with analytics, research, and media teams; evaluate campaign performance, surface insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Scale Global Efforts: Build repeatable ways of working that improve speed, clarity, and quality across global and regional stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform strategy, prioritize investments, and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and a desire to create and build new processes to enable organizational efficiencies.
