Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan that aligns with Trustco Bank's strategic goals and brand identity.
- Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand standards and commitment to excellence.
- Oversee advertising, promotions, and communication efforts-always maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and reinforcing Trustco's trusted reputation.
- Manage community engagement initiatives, including branch events, sponsorships, and donation requests, fostering strong local relationships.
- Design compelling advertising materials that reflect Trustco Bank's branding elements, such as our signature logo, color palette, and messaging tone of trust and stability.
- Collaborate across departments to coordinate marketing activities that support product launches and market expansion.
- Monitor market trends and conduct research to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and community impact.

QualificationsRequired: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Access to reliable transportation
Preferred: - Master's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in financial services or community banking marketing.
Physical Demands - Moves boxes of promotional products and marketing materials.
- Lifts, transports and setup promotional displays.
- Ability to communicate both in person and/or by telephone.
Schedule- Full-time, Office hours Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- Flexibility for evening and weekend events as required.
- Occasional travel using personal vehicle, with occasional overnight stays. Valid driver's license required
