Full Job Description
Position Summary:
The Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen FOH® brand positioning, support product and sales priorities, and drive measurable business results.

This role combines creative marketing ideation, campaign strategy, content development, and project management, owning initiatives from initial concept through execution, launch, optimization, and completion. The Senior Marketing Manager works cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Sales, Digital, CRM, and other internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are strategically aligned, delivered on time, and executed consistently across channels.

  • This role participates in our hybrid schedule
  • Hybrid schedule: Mondays & Fridays; 2 days working remotely. Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays ; 3 days working in the headquarters office

Essential Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Campaigns
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital, website, events, tradeshows, print, CRM, and sales enablement channels.
  • Build campaign strategies including objectives, audiences, messaging, channels, deliverables, CTAs, and KPIs.
  • Manage campaigns from concept through launch and post-campaign optimization.
  • Develop marketing strategies supporting product launches, collections, seasonal initiatives, re-engagement, brand awareness, and sales priorities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure campaigns connect brand storytelling with meaningful business and sales objectives.

Creative & Marketing Ideation & Creation
  • Develop creative marketing concepts that support FOH® brand, product, sales, and business objectives.
  • Translate marketing priorities into compelling campaigns, activations, content, and customer experiences.
  • Identify new opportunities for storytelling across digital, social, email, events, print, and sales channels.
  • Partner with Creative and Product teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
  • Maintain brand consistency while continuously identifying opportunities to evolve and strengthen marketing communications.

Marketing & Product Copywriting
  • Develop compelling, brand-aligned copy across marketing and sales touchpoints.
  • Write and edit campaign messaging, product storytelling, social content, emails, website copy, event communications, brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Translate product features and technical information into clear, customer-focused benefits and messaging.
  • Develop campaign headlines, positioning statements, CTAs, and supporting messaging.
  • Maintain consistency in FOH® brand voice across channels.

Project Management & Campaign Timelines
  • Own marketing campaign calendars, project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Translate approved strategies into clear, actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate deliverables across Marketing, Creative, Product, Sales, CRM, Digital, and external partners.
  • Lead campaign kickoffs and maintain ongoing communication regarding deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and project status.
  • Proactively identify potential delays or roadblocks and develop solutions to keep projects moving.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Optimization & Reporting
  • Review campaign and channel performance against established KPIs.
  • Use performance insights to recommend campaign, messaging, content, and channel optimizations.
  • Identify learnings and opportunities that can inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Digital and CRM teams to improve targeting, engagement, lead generation, and customer journeys.

Other duties
  • Fosters independent relationships with all department leaders to ensure all requests submitted through the Cremar ticket system are met
  • Attends company events, photoshoots, restaurants/chef tours, and industry events as needed
  • Participates in special projects, handles emergency requests and performs other related duties as requested
  • Promotes our FOH® culture in all interactions

Education, Experience, and Computer Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field highly preferred
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, integrated campaigns, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years experience developing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and print
  • Experience within hospitality, foodservice, tabletop, design, luxury, or B2B industries highly desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Expert in project management system
  • Proficient in CRM systems, HubSpot
  • Knowledge in design or presentation software, Canva

  • Strong project-management skills with experience managing multiple simultaneous initiatives and deadlines.

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus

The salary/hourly range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work experience, territory, geographical location, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
