Full Job Description
Position Summary:

The Sales Manager is part of the FOH® sales team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing regional strategies to achieve revenue and expense budgets. The Sales Manager supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to strategic growth in new and existing business and Rep partnerships.

Additional Information:
  • This is a permanent full-time position
  • Starting range is $100,000+ annually + bonus incentives
  • This position is focused on Mid- Atlantic & Northeast customers, and an ideal candidate resides on the Mid- Atlantic & Northeast of the United States
  • Experience with managing manufacturing representatives group and dealers

Major Duties Include:
  • Actively works with the Sales Associate Director and/or the Sales Director in strategic planning and goal setting of all aspects of the region
  • Develops regional strategies to manage manufacturing representatives and dealers to reach sales goals
  • Develops, negotiates, implements, and measures dealer-specific programs
  • Utilizes Business Technology tools to drive customer retention and to optimize sales opportunities
  • Identifies new segments and new areas of opportunity
  • Builds and maintains rapport with key business partners
  • Trains and develops Rep and dealer community on FOH® product, brand and solutions
  • Prepares and conducts insightful business reviews with Reps and key business partners to ensure consistent communication and growth
  • Successfully transforms strategies into tactical and measurable action plans
  • Consistently engages in regional SWOT analyses for future needs identification
  • Implements and executes large-scale projects from start to finish, using project management skills
  • Participates in inter-departmental meetings and is an external resource for organizational growth
  • Prepares monthly analytical reports on performance, wins, and shortfalls
  • Actively participates in planning of regional and dealer trade shows, as well as attends these shows as needed
  • Actively participates and engages in all one-on-one and group meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Promotes our FOH® Culture through action and leadership

Travel Requirements:
  • 50-60% overnight travel
  • Frequent air and auto travel will be necessary to attend trades shows throughout the year and build relationships with strategic accounts

Education, Experience, and Computer Skills:
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in sales related to table-tops, hospitality, buffet, guest room luxury accessories or related industry required
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
  • Knowledge in CRM systems; HubSpot
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems; SAP Business One
  • College degree preferred
