Qualifications

• Knowledge of insourcing models or recruiting services
• Experience in the life sciences industry
• Direct sales lead generation experience
• Familiarity with MS CRM

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end transition of the main and country websites
• Define site architecture, taxonomy, and content strategy
• Write and optimize SEO-driven web content and metadata
• Design and build pages within Umbraco CMS (v13)
• Manage redirects, analytics, and post-launch optimization
• Collaborate on campaign URL updates and site governance
• Support launch and hypercare troubleshooting
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Own content strategy across web, blogs, and social media
• Create sales and promotional collateral
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Help with conferences, trade shows, and brand promotions
• Work cross-functionally with global marketing and leadership teams
• Ensure alignment with corporate branding and messaging
• Partner with country site owners for international content scaling
• Contribute to a consistent global brand identity
