Marketing Manager (Demand Gen/PMM)Seattle, WA
The RoleWe're hiring a
Marketing Manager whose foundation is product marketing but whose job is range. This person brings a product-marketing mindset, not necessarily a pure PMM: they understand product, audience, messaging, and channels, and are excited to execute broadly across everything the team ships: demand generation, partner co-marketing, campaigns, content, field and events, and product/solution messaging.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone early in their career who wants to do a bit of everything and grow fast. You'll be the flexible engine that helps the team ship more without dropping quality, and the connective tissue between functions that keeps work moving.
This role is not the sole owner of product marketing (it partners closely with Product Marketing), but a strong instinct for sharp messaging and customer insight should show up in every campaign, asset, and program it touches.
What You'll Do- Think PMM-first. Apply a product-marketing lens to everything: keep messaging, positioning, and customer/persona relevance sharp and consistent across campaigns and assets.
- Run demand. Execute demand gen campaigns end to end, from email/nurture, webinars, lifecycle, and paid support through build, launch, and reporting.
- Create content and campaigns. Turn messaging into campaigns across channels, and produce the copy and assets that carry them.
- Drive field. Own the logistics and execution of field marketing and events, from pre-event promotion to follow-up.
- Activate partners. Turn partner co-marketing opportunities into live campaigns: joint webinars, co-branded content, and integration launches.
- Support launches. Partner with Product Marketing on launches, sales enablement collateral, competitive one-pagers, and customer stories.
- Connect the team. Be the glue across product marketing, content, demand, and partnerships: translate between teams and unblock the handoffs that stall.
- Measure and iterate. Track what you ship, report on what's working, and iterate quickly.
What You'll Bring- 1-3 years in product marketing, marketing generalist, growth, or a related B2B SaaS marketing role (internships count).
- A product-marketing mindset, but not necessarily a pure PMM: you understand product, audience, messaging, and channels, and you're excited to execute broadly.
- Excitement about breadth: wants to work across demand, field, partner, and PMM, not specialize in one lane yet.
- A scrappy, self-directed, ship-it mindset; moves fast with light guidance.
- Enough analytical comfort to instrument a campaign and read whether it worked.
- Strong collaboration instincts and low ego.
Nice to Have- Exposure to demand gen or marketing operations tools (HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce).
- Background in ecommerce, retail, supply chain, or B2B/technical products.
- Comfort with AI-assisted marketing workflows and no-code/low-code tools.
Compensation (US FTE)- Competitive salary
- Great healthcare + dental + vision coverage
- Retirement plan
- Pick your own equipment. We'll set you up with whatever Apple laptop + monitor combo you want plus any software you need.
- Unlimited vacation policy. Plus we require you to take at least 2 weeks off each year. We see most employees take 4 weeks off per year. This isn't a vague policy where unlimited vacation means no vacation
