How you'll make an impact in this role- Lead the strategic marketing and brand messaging for the neurosurgery program to drive patient volume and increase regional awareness.
- Partner directly with senior clinic directors and physician leadership to identify, develop, and produce compelling patient, physician, and associate stories that showcase exceptional care and strengthen the organization's brand.
- Develop multi-channel content and manage social media channels to elevate brand presence within the Middle Tennessee region.
- Analyze campaign data and digital metrics to optimize marketing traction and present clear performance reports to the leadership team.
- Oversee access marketing campaigns across local urgent care, emergency, and provider promotion channels to streamline new patient scheduling journeys.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- 5 years of progressive marketing experience at a manager or senior individual contributor level.
- Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories through written, visual, and digital content, with a portfolio showcasing independently produced work.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or physician group practice marketing preferred.
