The Marketing Information Manager serves as a central operational leader responsible for overseeing the intake, governance, prioritization, and lifecycle management of client opportunities within the Oracle ecosystem for the Building Engineer Systems (BES) business.
This role acts as the primary point of coordination between sector marketing leaders, program managers, project managers, sales stakeholders, and resource management teams to ensure opportunities are appropriately reviewed, routed, prioritized, and tracked through execution. While this position works closely with the existing Resource Manager, it does not own staffing decisions. Instead, it focuses on ensuring demand visibility, operational rigor, portfolio health, and alignment to business priorities.
Initially, this role will be embedded within one of BES's largest client programs, serving as the operational lead for opportunity management and program marketing coordination. Over time, the role is expected to evolve into a broader leadership function, providing governance and oversight across multiple BES sectors and programs while driving consistency in processes, reporting, and business operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and skilled at bringing structure to complex environments, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive operational excellence across a dynamic marketing organization.
