SUMMARYThe Marketing Director develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives that promote the Company's products, services, and brand within the retail technology industry. This role is responsible for managing digital and traditional marketing efforts, generating qualified leads, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement. The Marketing Director collaborates across departments to create compelling marketing campaigns, analyze market opportunities, and drive business growth while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
RESPONSIBILITIESA Marketing Director at TRUNO will:
- Complete, deploy and maintain a modern, updated web presence
- Oversee and ensure effective trade show presensce
- Implement effective lead generation efforts including RFP sourcing and customer mining
- Manage and create effective go-to-market team for Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) and other products as assigned
- Coordinate and utilize vendor co-marketing resources
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage digital marketing efforts including email, social, medical, SEO, paid advertising and content marketing
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with sales, product and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships
- Oversee branding and ensure consistency messaging across all channels
- Plan and execute events, promotion and product launches
- Lead and mentor team members
QUALIFICATIONSA Marketing Director at TRUNO should have:
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree required
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and marketing projects
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
