What You'll Do- Support project setup, documentation, and pipeline updates in Microsoft Dynamics
- Lead the creation of proposals and marketing materials in Adobe InDesign
- Prepare qualifications packages, CVs, and project mock-ups
- Maintain office supplies, snacks, vendor relationships, and general office operations
- Coordinate team events and contribute to a fun, collaborative office culture
- Assist with project closeout, archiving, and QA documentation
- Provide backup support to the office leadership, as needed
What You'll Bring - Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with experience supporting proposals or marketing collateral
- Highly organized, detail-driven multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, approachable communicator who is proactive and confident while remaining non-confrontational
- Previous experience in the engineering, architecture, design, or professional services sector is an asset
CompensationThe rate for this position generally is $1,000 - $200,000 annually. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by Ontario Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
