You'll work closely with our technical staff to find the best way to present our capabilities.

Responsibilities- Work with the marketing team and technical staff to prepare responses to RFQs/RFPs and assemble high-quality custom packages and presentations.
- Develop, organize, update and format Marketing collateral (resumes, project sheets, project lists, etc.), while maintaining consistency, quality and corporate branding.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and technical leaders.
- Some travel may be required.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree with about three (3) years of marketing experience within the A/E/C industry.
- Experience owning the prime-proposal process from start to finish.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while staying detail-oriented.
- Conscientious and flexible, and embody a positive, can-do attitude.
- Solid writing and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- Proficiency with InDesign and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
CompensationThe rate for this position generally is $80,000 - $100,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the Illinois State Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful Illinois State applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in Illinois State or perform the position from Illinois State. Similar positions located outside of Illinois State will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by Illinois Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
