Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Marketing Communications Writer Senior is responsible for providing advanced creative and technicaladvicead andad writing support for the development and implementation of moderately complex marketing communication materialsad for Presale and Acquisition/Retention.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with business leaders to define goals foradquiringad andad retainingad clients across Large Group, National Accounts, GRS, andad Carelon.ad
- Assess the effectiveness of communication plans, strategies, and materials, and recommend improvements.ad
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand audience needs and deliver high-quality communications with quick turnaround times.ad
- Research, write, edit, and review content for proposal executive summaries, sales events,adfinalistad and capabilitiesad meetings,ad as well as retention andad renewal presentations.ad
- Ensure all materials meet business and legal requirements,ad follow corporate standards, guidelines, and approval processes.ad
- Identifyad opportunities to improve efficiency and support key initiatives, including plain language, standardization, brand voice, company pillars, andad accuratead legal and site references.ad
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Experience in healthcare or managed care, with exposure to sales and marketing efforts that support membership growth. Familiarity with the RFP process is a plus.ad
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; able to adapt and pivot as needed.ad
- Strong communicationad skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and tailor messages to different audiencesad and write for different mediums, including landing pages, social media, and longer form executive summaries.ad
- Effective problem solver who looks for practical,adtimelyad solutions.ad
- Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and works well with others.ad
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and tools like ChatGPT.ad
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.ad
- Experience using work management tools such as Workfront or similar systems.ad
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $79,120 to $136,482.
