Full Job Description
Position Summary
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing tactics and integrated advertising campaigns
  • Analyze customer needs to define messaging architecture and competitive positioning
  • Plan and manage project scope, resources, timelines, and creative development processes
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate interactive advertising and e-commerce programs
  • Oversee campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize effectiveness
  • Manage web-based advertising scheduling and execution as needed
  • Design and conduct market research, campaign modeling, and vertical market strategies
  • Implement and drive channel marketing programs, including partner engagement initiatives
  • Define, maintain, and grow VAR (Value-Added Reseller) programs, agreements, and partnerships
  • Lead VAR recruitment and support through marketing, training, and joint business initiatives
  • Plan and execute market research strategies to increase sales growth and market share
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing policies, objectives, and go-to-market plans
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive
  • Build and maintain relationships with product partners, vendors, and third parties
  • Execute strategic customer acquisition programs, including direct marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage direct mail campaigns, customer profiling, and list strategy/analysis
  • Create marketing strategies for new and existing products and services
  • Research emerging trends and technologies to align with customer needs
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure availability of effective collateral and marketing materials

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $78,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
