Overview:

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that support business and product-line objectives. Partners with product-line managers, digital product managers, and creative teams to develop and deliver integrated marketing programs that drive engagement, adoption, and brand awareness across the customer lifecycle.

This position will be based out of our corporate offices in Green Hills/Reading, PA on a hybrid schedule at least 3-4 days in office a week.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:

o Support development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned to company and product-line goals.

o Translate business objectives into marketing initiatives, including campaigns, programs, and ongoing marketing support.

o Define goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators for marketing efforts.

o Contribute to prioritization, timelines, and resource planning across marketing initiatives.
Campaign and Program Execution:

o Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).

o Ensure coordination and consistency across initiatives, timelines, and touchpoints.

o Partner with internal teams (creative, content, design, analytics) and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing deliverables.
Content and Creative Development:

o Collaborate with marketing specialists and designers to develop compelling and effective campaign materials.

o Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Measurement and Reporting:

o Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant metrics and tools.

o Prepare and share insights and recommendations for optimization.

o Use data to refine strategies and improve effectiveness over time.
Audience Engagement:

o Develop strategies and implement tactics to engage target audiences and support lead generation, adoption of digital tools and enhance customer retention.

o Align messaging and channels to different stages of the customer journey.
Market Insights and Trends:

o Partner with Sr. Marketing Manager and/or Director to support market research and insights.

o Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:

o Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business goals.

o Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.

o Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required - marketing, communications or business degree preferred
• 5+ years marketing experience or equivalent combination of marketing communications experience
• Requires excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to effectively work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional teams including customers, subject matter experts and vendors
• Strong project management skills required
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with marketing tactics and strategies
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
